A warm welcome awaits you, from Steve and Lisa, at Caddon View in Innerleithen. Food plays a very important part at Caddon View using the freshest of local ingredients. The surrounding area has so much to offer from golf and fishing to cycling and mountain biking, the Scottish Borders is a little bit of undiscovered Scotland.
Built in the 1850's, Caddon View is an extremely comfortable and individual guest house, with Steve and Lisa on hand to offer you personal service and attention to every detail detail. Innerleithen is a great base to explore the Scottish Borders there are many things to see and do in the area.
All Caddon View bedrooms are ensuite bar one twin which has it's own private bathroom next door. All rooms come complete with: colour television, radio, alarm clock, plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, with complimentary Arran Aromatic toiletries. Wifi available in most rooms please ask at time of booking if this is important for you.

The Caddon View dining room, overlooking the lovely gardens is the perfect setting to enjoy a leisurely breakfast served between 8 and 10 each morning, Steve and Lisa are more than happy to serve earlier if needed.
In the evening The Caddon View serves excellent food and great wines, beers or spirits in their our candlelit restaurant, a truly wonderful setting. Great care is taken to source local ingredients from local suppliers. The Scottish Borders offers a fantastic larder of all the best that Scotland has to offer. After dinner you could enjoy one of our malt whiskies from their whisky menu.
The Caddon View restaurant is open to non residents however booking is essential. Should you wish a picnic whilst out exploring the Borders Steve and Lisa can provide this just tell them the night before.
