The Glenelg Inn stands in its own extensive grounds in a spectacular situation overlooking Glenelg Bay and the Isle of Skye, superb setting to explore the Highlands with the Glenelg ferry to Skye just along the road.

A traditional Highland Inn with cosy character, traditional Scottish music nights and superb local Scottish cuisine all set in a spectacular setting with uninterrupted views over the Sound of Sleat to the Isle of Skye.

With views across the Sound of Sleat to Skye this is a very special place to stay.  Recently upgraded to offer very comfortable accommodation Glenelg Inn is very much a traditional Scottish Inn where there is often music evenings to be enjoyed by all.

Life here revolves around the bar where great pub grub is served using the best of food from the sea, langoustines and scallops to die for!

The Glenachulish Ferry located at Glenelg, can transport up to six cars with 'standing-room only' for foot passengers. It takes 5 minutes to cross to or from Skye and runs throughout the summer.

Dining

Great seafood is the name of the game serving, langoustines, scallops, octopus, monkfish, venison and beef, and  lamb. All complemented but a very good wine list, the bar also stocks a good range of Malt Whisky.

The Glenelg bar offers a good selection of beers and spirits and is open all year, a popular meeting place with the locals.
