The Station Hotel is located in the picturesque fishing town of Portsoy, set on the Moray Firth coast, offering spectacular cliff top views and fantastic scenery.

Portsoy is one of the oldest natural harbours in Europe dating back to the 17th Century.  The surronding Moray coast is well known for regular sightings of dolphins as well as whales, seals, otters and porpoises.  Not to mention the many seabirds up and down the coast.

The surrounding area offers a great variety of activities as well as many visitor attractions.  The Malt Whisky Trail and Grampians Castle trail can both be explored easily from the Portsoy.

Great pride is taken at The Portsoy to produce very good food from the fantastic larder on their doorstep.  Locally caught seafood, offering the freshest of fish direct from the local fish merchant Smiths of Sandend just a mile from the hotel.
