Ranging from deluxe country house hotels to Castles, to city centre locations. Our hotels tend to be smaller than the large international companies, we are ideally placed to look after smaller meetings and conferences, for up to 50 guests, but can cater for more at some hotels.

The hotel has two function rooms, the largest can seat 120 delegates theatre style or up to 44 around a boardroom table.

Rufflets the perfect meeting and conference venue, featuring the purpose built Garden Suite, offering all the essentials for successful meetings and conferences in St. Andrews Fife.

The main conference suite is the purpose built Garden Suite., The Garden Suite is a self contained extension providing a state of the art venue for events and meetings for up to 200 delegates.
As the name suggests set in the hotels gardens the Garden Suite is surrounded by mature yew hedges to ensure privacy and seclusion for work and relaxation.
Stylish, bright interior there is a large entrance lobby, spacious Reception room with bar facility. The Garden Room itself will seat up to 200 theatre style for a conference, and has French windows opening onto the gardens. The Garden Room can also be divided into two smaller rooms suitable for between 20 to 75 delegates for a smaller event.
Rufflets Lodge
Also within the grounds of the hotel is Rufflets Lodge perfect as an exclusive executive retreat ideal for executive meetings for up to 16 delegates, board room style. The room opens onto a private patio overlooking our gardens again offering complete privacy and security. There are two bedrooms within Rufflets Lodge which can be hired in conjunction with the meeting room for 24 hour meetings, or as breakout rooms.
