Season - Hotel open from mid March until end of October.
Lagg sits within 11 acres of ground most of which is woodland and can be enjoyed by hotel guests. The large gardens to the side and front of the hotel are well kept and are home to a number of almost tropical plants. The sheltered hollow of Lagg and the warm currents fed from the Gulf Stream help to encourage the growth of conical palms and Japanese maples. Guests enjoy refreshments in the garden throughout the day and frequently find a sheltered spot to read and relax. The burn known as Kilmory Water runs through the hotel grounds on its way to the beach, only a short, pleasant walk from the hotel.
