On an ancient ford and crossroads and in the shadow of the historical Dunfermline Abbey stands The Pitfirrane Hotel, Fife, Scotland. Situated in Crossford's old village, the charm and first class golf course is counter balanced by the splendour of Stephenson's Forth Rail Bridge which lies just south of the village.

We are proud to unveil our recently refurbished restaurant "Fairways". Great food served and enjoyed in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
The modern contemporary decor is enhanced with a Golfing theme, evident by beautiful prints of famous golfing holes bringing the enjoyment of Scotland's greatest game inside our walls and further enhanced by subtle touches of Tartan ensuring a traditional feel is maintained.
"Fairways" is open from 6pm Sunday to Thursday with the last sitting at 9pm and from 6pm on Friday and Saturday with the last sitting extended to 9.30pm.
The Stables bar is full of character and popular with both locals and residents alike. It has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere with a fine selection of malts and beers . Bar lunches and suppers are regularly enjoyed here.
FAIRWAYS LOUNGE BAR
This very comfortable lounge has been designed to compliment the fairways restaurant. Continuing the contemporary theme, it has proved very appealing to diners having pre or after dinner drinks.
A truly relaxing atmosphere has been achieved through the creative use of soft lighting.
The hotel has 39 en-suite bedrooms all of which have been completely refurbished to a very high standard in 2006.
These are made up of 10 Single, 16 Twins, 12 Double and one Family room. There is also an individually designed bridal suite, complete with Jacuzzi bath.
Tea and coffee facilities plus Sky TV are also available in all rooms.

The Coachouse suite can accommodate upward of 100 guests for a variety of functions with Birthday and Anniversary parties being commonplace throughout the year. Christmas sees it come alive with festive cheer.
Weddings are also a major feature on the calendar with our complete packages proving very popular with couples as they can be tailored to suit all budgets and personal needs.
Our home course is Dunfermline (Pitfirrane) Golf Club. A beautiful parkland within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. A well designed Par 70 course, appealing to both low and high handicap golfers alike which also includes excellent practice facilities.
There are more than 40 golf courses within a 45 minute drive which include GLENEAGLES, KINGSBARNES and the famous OLD COURSE at St. Andrews, the "Home of Golf". All in all, Fife is truly a golfers paradise!
